Finished measurements are not guaranteed, as crochet tension varies from person to person. I have super tight tension compared to most. If you have looser tension, your item could end up anywhere from 2-4 inches larger than mine, even when using the same size hook and yarn.
 
With my tight tension & when using Premier Parfait Plush yarn, my sloth measures to be about 13" inches tall (when sitting) from the top of his head to the bottom of his body and about 7.5" inches wide from hip to hip.
