Finished measurements are not guaranteed, as crochet tension varies from person to person. I have super tight tension compared to most. If you have looser tension, your item could end up anywhere from 2-4 inches larger than mine, even when using the same size hook and yarn.
With my tight tension, my dogs end up being about 3.5in - 4in tall using Sweet Snuggles Lite yarn (weight super bulky 6).
